HomeCrafters has done an excellent job for us several times. They replaced a well pump (fast!!), fixed a clogged sink, repaired and relocated a major pipe, replaced a few toilets, installed new (gorgeous!) sinks, and replaced a sump pump. Eric and his staff are reliable, efficient, organized, and know their stuff. I HIGHLY recommend HomeCrafters United.
We called Eric at 7:30 this morning, after we woke up to a leak in our bathroom. Despite a full schedule, he came down right away. He wore his mask & kicked as much snow off of his boots as possible before coming in. It probably only took him about 15-20 minutes to discover where our leak was coming from. Since it was not a burst or leaky pipe, but rather a vent filling with ice, there was nothing he could do about it. We were very surprised when he said there was no charge for his assessment.
